Mark
is responsible for the formation of AV ADVISORY and AV CAPITAL.
AV ADVISORY provides financial advisory services including funding-raising
and merger and acquisition advice to selected AIRVISION clients.
In conjunction with AV ADVISORY, Mark oversees the newly formed
AV CAPITAL division of AIRVISION.
AV CAPITAL’s objective is to invest long-term equity capital to
support the strategic and financial objectives of outstanding management
teams in consumer-related businesses, including consumer products,
direct-to-consumer sales, marketing and distribution, and retail
concepts. We distinguish ourselves as partners with management while
providing a complete breadth of professional services through our
consulting and financial advisory expertise. In addition, our disciplined
investment philosophy enables us to act as a flexible source of
capital and a value-added partner.
Mark has over 17 years of investment banking experience with major
Wall Street firms including Drexel Burnham Lambert, Donaldson, Lufkin
& Jenrette, Bear Stearns & Co., Credit Suisse First Boston
and CIBC World Markets. During the course of Mark’s career, he has
executed over 100 financing and advisory transactions, including
the following representations:

Mark
is an active member of the Investment Committee and Pension Investment
Committee for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stanford
University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from
the University of Chicago. |
